What do you believe? That sounds like a strange question when we’re talking about business, doesn’t it?

You may have noticed this Roach Rants post a few months ago where I shared What I Believe. Hopefully, you connected with what I said there and found yourself with a deeper understanding of who I am and the type of strategy help I provide people like you. But did you wonder what that post was all about?

Roy Williams from Wizard Academy once pointed out to a group I was in how useless the traditional About Us page is. What an ah-ha moment for me! I took this advice when I was building my website (check out my version of I Believe here), and now I’m personally passing on the same advice to my Roach Rants followers.

So, what DO you believe?

Skip the About Us page, and use the opportunity to share with potential customers what you believe and what that means to your business. In true marketing, you should be connecting with your customers, not giving them a biography that only skims the surface.

My challenge to you!

Throw away your About page, make your own We or I Believe page, and send me the link using the contact form on my website! I’d love to see what you come up with.
