Hello Roach Rants readers! I’m coming to you from NYC this week, and I thought this would be a great location to share my thoughts on ass vs assets. That’s all about why you need an ass in your business.
Here’s the thing, if you’re only hiring “assets,” you’re doing yourself a disservice. Assets are great, but you can’t have just assets. You also need an “ass.” What does that mean? It means you must have someone on your team who will tell you exactly what you need to hear to succeed. If you only have people on your team who are afraid to be honest, you’re going to go right when you should be going left. You’re going to have major problems!
